Concrete and masonry skip the math entirely and go in the concrete dumpster, because there's no weight cap to think about. The what-goes-in page settles any load questions before delivery day.

Tires and appliances cause the most trouble, because they are the two things people toss in without thinking and the two the county landfills flag every time. Each county in the service area runs its own rules on them.
One old washer cannot ride in a mixed load. If you are clearing a property with a stack of them, Logan will set a dedicated dumpster just for appliances and take it where those go. Mention it when you book.
Prices start at $299 for the 10-yard and run to $400 for the concrete dumpster. Those starting figures already cover the delivery, the pickup, and the dump fee at the landfill. Logan gives you the finished total for your address on the call, before anything is booked.

The concrete dumpster having no cap is the whole reason it exists. Masonry and dirt are heavy enough to blow through any tonnage allowance a mixed-debris dumpster could offer.
A few things move the total, and every one of them gets named before you book rather than after. Going past the included tonnage bills per ton, off what the load actually weighs at the scale. Keeping the dumpster past the included days bills at a flat daily rate. Mattresses and box springs carry the transfer station's own per-mattress fee, passed through at cost. An address well outside the normal run out of the Willow Spring or Kenly yard can carry a mileage charge. None of these is a surprise: if Logan thinks your job will hit one, she says so on the call.
Homeowner rentals run 7 days, and the 20-yard also comes in a 3-day version if you're working fast. Contractors get two weeks as standard. Past that a flat per-day rate carries it for as long as the job runs, so nothing has to be rushed to beat a deadline.

Dense material like tile, plaster, and shingles is what usually gets there, so say so up front and we'll size for it.
The 20-yard. It handles a whole-house cleanout or a roof without anyone having to think about it. The 10 and 15 suit single rooms and garages, and the concrete dumpster is the one to take for anything masonry, because the low walls mean you're not lifting rubble over your head.
On your driveway or private property, never in the street, which is why a permit doesn't come into it. The driver needs a straight run in, room to pull out from under it, and clear space overhead while the box tips up. Ask for driveway protection when you order if the surface matters to you.
No paint, chemicals, asbestos or anything hazardous, and no tires, appliances or electronics, because the county handles those separately. Mattresses and box springs are fine for a small per-piece fee passed straight through. The what-goes-in list covers the rest.
