The short version of how a rental works, in plain English. The rental agreement at order time is the controlling document.
Rates and periods. Homeowner rentals run up to 7 days (the 20-yard also offers a 3-day option) and contractor rentals two weeks. Rates are quoted at order time and include delivery, pickup, and the dump fee in our service area, NC. Additional days bill at a flat per-day rate, additional weight bills per ton off what the load actually weighs, and mattresses and box springs carry a per-item transfer-station fee passed through at cost.
Placement. The customer chooses the placement spot on private property and is responsible for written permission on property they don't own (including HOA rules). We place dumpsters carefully but aren't responsible for surface damage where placement was directed. Driveway protection is available on request.
Loading. Loads must stay below the painted max fill line. Prohibited items (paint, chemicals, hazardous material, tires, appliances, electronics) are listed on the what-goes-in page; loads containing them may incur disposal surcharges. The concrete dumpster is for clean concrete, brick, and block only.
Payment. Major credit cards through the online store, or arranged at order time by phone.
