Figure something like sixty contractor bags of space before the 3-foot walls become the limit, and a load like that still leaves margin on the included ton.

A sheet of half-inch drywall weighs about 50 pounds, so a small bathroom taken to the studs is a few hundred pounds of board before the vanity, the tile, and the mortar behind it get counted. Shingles are the extreme case at seven to eight squares per ton, which means even a detached garage roof can spend the included ton by itself.
