Pick a spot that's flat and solid, with the overhead clear of limbs and lines and enough room in front for the truck to pull straight up. Driveways are the usual answer, and driveway protection goes down first if you ask for it when you order. You don't have to be home; if the spot's marked or described, the driver sets it there. We place on private property, not the street, which is why our customers have never needed a permit.
Load flat and keep everything below the painted max fill line, the way you'd pack a truck bed you had to drive across the county, because we do. The what-goes-in list covers the banned items, mattresses carry a small pass-through fee from the transfer station, and a property full of appliances gets its own dedicated dumpster.
Each rental includes one or two tons of disposal depending on the dumpster. Past that, extra weight bills per ton, off what the load actually weighs at the scale. If you know the material runs heavy, shingles, tile, wet debris, say so up front and we'll size you into the right dumpster before it costs you anything extra. Concrete and masonry skip the whole question: the concrete dumpster takes unlimited weight.
When you're done, call or text and we'll schedule the pull. Need it longer? A flat per-day rate keeps it as long as the project runs. Contractors get two-week terms and swaps mid-job, so a full dumpster never stalls the site.
