Apex keeps its historic downtown on Salem Street looking like the postcard, while NC-55 and US-64 feed the growth that earned it national fastest-growing-town headlines. Beaver Creek and the greenways thread through subdivisions old enough to need work.
The first waves of Apex subdivisions have hit remodel age, so kitchen guts and flooring pulls are regular calls, alongside roofs by the street as those neighborhoods re-shingle. New construction on the west side keeps builder dumpsters in rotation too.
Apex splits into two placement conversations depending on where you are. Near Salem Street the lots are narrow and the houses sit close to the sidewalk, so we'd rather hear on the phone whether the dumpster is going in the drive or around back than find out on delivery morning. Around back is almost always the easier answer. Out on the west side there's open ground and the question turns into timing instead: a remodel that produces debris in waves is usually better served by one dumpster pulled and replaced as it fills than by leaving a bigger box sitting half loaded for a month.
Apex normally runs off the Willow Spring yard, about 20 miles out, reached on US 1, US 64 and NC 55. Cary, Holly Springs and Morrisville sit along the same routes, and Logan schedules by address, not by town, so the in-between properties are never a complication.
